KALEIDESCOPE — PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: July 4, 2026 Kaleidescope is a free collection of classic games. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect as little as possible. WHAT WE COLLECT - Game Center: the app signs you in silently with Apple Game Center to show your player name, run leaderboards, and let you add friends. We receive your Game Center alias and an anonymized player identifier from Apple. There is no account to create and no password. If Game Center is unavailable, the app simply runs as a guest. - Profile: a display name and an avatar (emoji + color) you can choose in the app. - Game activity: your scores and progress, stored on your device and synced under an anonymous account identifier so they follow you between devices, plus any scores you post to leaderboards and the moves you play in online head-to-head matches. The app does not show third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. We do NOT collect your phone number, contacts, location, photos, or microphone, and we do NOT sell your personal information. SERVICE PROVIDERS - Apple Game Center: sign-in, player identity, friends, and leaderboards. - Supabase: stores game saves, profiles, leaderboard scores, and online matches. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS - Game Center can be managed in iOS Settings > Game Center. - Delete your data: contact us and we will delete your profile, saves, and scores. CHILDREN Kaleidescope is rated 9+ and intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. DATA RETENTION We keep game data while you use the app. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete your profile, saves, and scores. CHANGES We may update this policy as the app evolves; material changes are reflected by the date above. CONTACT Questions or deletion requests: artists@deutschleartistry.com
